REBRANDING

Gabungan dua nama antara pasangan adalah perkara biasa dalam kehidupan kita. Walaupun belom ada apa2 ikatan masing2 sudah mencipta nama gabungan dua jiwa la konon. Hmm... ada aku pernah ternampak kata2 di internet, katanya " don't create your e-mail username with combination of your boyfriend of husband. When you break off, his/her name will be permanent as your username, unless you creating a new one"...


Romantik kan, bila kita menggabungkan dua nama menjadi satu yang mana tiada siapa yg menyangka semuanya akan kekal hingga bila2. Aku adalah salah sorang dari insan yang tergolong dalam mencipta e-mail, blog dan juga kredit kad dgn gabungan dua nama bersama. Siapa sangka, siapa menduga bila sesuatu 'hubungan ' itu harus terputus di tengah2 perjalanan...

Sudah dua tahun berlalu, aku biarkan aje yang sudah 'tercipta' dan sekarang tiba lah masanya untuk aku bertindak untuk menamatkan 'gabungan dua nama' itu. E-mail aku dah create yang baru, yang lama masih guna sebab byk transaction yg guna email address.

Blog kesayangan aku ini akan dibubarkan kepada suatu nama yang lain ala2 REBRAND nama blog ---- erm... nak gabungkan 2 nama lagi ke ek?

HUG ME !!




I saw the short article about HUG. It says :
Hugging is great medicine. It transfers energy and gives the person hugged an emotional lift.

Scientists say that hugging is a form of communication because it can say things the words you don't have for.
The power of the simple hug from studies show that folks who are regularly hugged by their close friends and family have reduced heart rates, lower blood pressure, increased nerve activity and more upbeat moods. A survey of successful marriages even showed that hugging and touching (not sexual intercourse), were the key factors in keeping the relationship long-lasting.

Another study showed that people who got regular hugs were twice as likely to describe their mental health as first rate.

Plus, a loving hug in the morning, researchers say, can cheer you up throughout the day. Just a brief hug or 10 minutes of hand holding with a romantic partner greatly reduces the harmful physical effects of stress.


Lets get hugs from our loved ones, be it our partner, children or even office mate.... I'm gonna give and get hugs 7days a week....
